First Course:
GULF RED GROUPER & SHRIMP CEVICHE
Citrus marinated red grouper & shrimp with fresh lime, sea salt, red onion, agave, cucumber and micro cilantro on mini blue corn tostadas with avocado cream and micro cilantro
BIRRIA QUESO DIP PARA UNO (FOR 1)
Housemade queso dip with shredded beef birria, pickled white onion and cilantro with fresh & crispy housemade tortilla chips
Second Course:
TEQUILA BRINED POLLO ASADO SOUTHWEST SALAD
Chopped greens with charred vegetables, baby heirloom tomatoes, roasted pepitas and fresh avocado with housemade cilantro lime ranch

Ground trio of brisket, chuck & short rib with bell peppers, onions, melty Oaxaca cheese, and housemade enchilada sauce

With chili lime compound butter, fresh herb chimichurri, fire roasted sweet corn and crispy fingerling potatoes
