The Cat Advocates’ mission is to provide community support for the growing population of cats and kittens in Lincoln County. They specialize in TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate & Release) to humanely manage and protect our local feline communities. They are dedicated to reducing overpopulation, improving animal welfare, and helping save lives through compassionate, community-driven solutions.
